Nicolas Boichat 292b4e1bcf fizz/nami: Drop CONFIG_THERMISTOR_NCP15WB ...

Nothing in fizz/nami code uses that thermistor: the 2 places that
would use it (ec_adc.c and bd99992gw.c) are not compiled in on
fizz/nami.
