Bill Richardson 5de6b40ca7 Display sha1sums in BIOS debug info

TEST=manual

Press 'TAB' at any BIOS screen. You should see some sha1sums.

arch/ is stuff that defines the architecture-dependent information (only used in
firmware build mode).

lib/ is stuff that the BIOS needs to link with.

stub/ is stuff to be implemented by the BIOS.

include/ describes the interfaces between the two parts.
