Sandrine Bailleux 756a2a0e47 SPM: Rename SP_COMMUNICATE macros ...

Rename SP_COMMUNICATE_AARCH32/AARCH64 into MM_COMMUNICATE_AARCH32/AARCH64
to align with the MM specification [1].
