24cf1f780e Separate base system packages from ONL RFS specific packages. 
- This allows the base package files to be shared with superprojects which won't use things like the upgrade packages.

d7d53cdedd Installer script overhaul 
- support lazy unzip within python installer
- properly locate or create a tmpfs for expanding the installer
- properly resize the tmpfs (and restore it)
- export the installer zip file to the install routines

- find a suitable TMPDIR that is actually tmpfs/ramfs

ba8dfdbf1d New Standard Partition Layout 
- ONL-BOOT   : Loader/kernels/boot-config
- ONL-CONFIG : System Configuration. Persistant across upgrades.
- ONL-IMAGES : Switch Image Store
- ONL-DATA   : Runtime data store (SWI mode) or root filesystem partition (normal install mode).
