a8fba13593 Makefile.astat: build with c++ instead of g++

- use $(CXX) instead of hard-codec g++ in Makefile.convert

c8a029e421 stacktrace_addr2line.sh: prettier print 
- pretty print by default (use one line output)
- print inlines stack trace by default
- better delimit individual stack frames

7eaf10f1ce Astat: Windows compatibility 
On Windows the socket library must be initialized before use

This should fix GUI vu meter on Windows
