Martin Pulec 4a8c12f416 add .sh suffix to hd-rum-av

This is more convenient and allow the users that honor that behave more
correctly, eg. he macOS legacy compat wrapper in Makefile adding -real
to executable binaries.

files from this subdirectories will be deployed automatically:

bin/* - will be copied to $(bindir) and also to macOS bundle Contents/MacOS subdir
macOS-bundle/* - will be copied to macOS bundle
macOS-legacy/README.html - will be copied to macOS dmg (at the same level as application bundle). Contains hint how to allow unsigned UG.
