We recently introduced the WhatsApp Embedded Signup flow in Chatwoot to simplify onboarding. However, we discovered two important limitations: Some customers’ numbers are already linked to an Embedded Signup, which blocks re-use. Tech providers cannot onboard their own numbers via Embedded Signup.
