Thomas Eizinger 08182913a5 refactor(connlib): remove CidrV4 and CidrV6 types from callbacks (#5842 )

These are only necessary for the Android and Apple client. Other clients
should not need to bother with these custom types.

Required-for: #5843.

Building Connlib

You shouldn't need to build connlib directly; it's typically built as a dependency of one of the other Firezone components. See READMEs in those directories for relevant instructions.
