Marek Counts a9eea0a353 kubeadm-reset: add means to clear the ClusterStatus
Add ResetClusterStatusForNode() that clears a certain
control-plane node's APIEndpoint from the ClusterStatus
key in the kubeadm ConfigMap on "kubeadm reset".
