Dalton Hubble 0a486cb991 examples/etc/bootcfg/cert-gen: Improve cert-gen usability 
* Print helpful message if SAN is unset
* Don't prompt to sign certs, false illusion of choice. Users
running cert-gen need self-signed certs.
* Remove intermediate cert signing requests
* Decrease the scariness of the self-signed warnings
