cuda.bbclass: strip -fcanon-prefix-map from DEBUG_FLAGS for cuda builds

Unfortunately, we don't have a good way of stripping that flag just
from the nvcc/gcc-8 invocations.  For now, at least, just remove it
entirely for all cuda builds.
