Toni 93498fff02 Apple/BSD port (#30)
* Add MacOS to Github CI builds.
* Fixed libnDPI-4.8 CI build.
* Fixed missing include for `struct sockaddr*`.
* Reworked IPv4 address and netmask retrieval.
