This patch updates the prometheus-openstack-exporter to use the relative
module imports instead.

This updates the health status endpoint for the airship components
as the current path is incorrect. This correction will allow for
the use of the openstack exporter to correctly identify the status
of airship components deployed and tracked in the service catalog
