- make mon port overridable through env variable
- update ceph.conf to include fqdn with port number
- add mon_add: to ceph global conf
- updating ClusterRoleBinding name for cephfs and rbd
provisioner.
- remove unused network.port section as we specify ports
through endpoints
With these changes, ceph mon can run on different port

This PS disables the depreciated glance V1 API and registry
by default. For newton gates the registry is enabled, as newton
heat still used it.

The ingress gate script displayed the `helm status` of the openstack
namespace ingress twice, rather than once for openstack and once
for ceph namespaces. This fixes.

This PS updates the dnsmasq pod that runs in the gate to allow vm's
API access to only bind to br-ex, as otherwise it collides with other
DNS servers running in the gates.

With libvirt 2.0, when using qemu cpu mode is not properly
evaluated and need to be set to cpu_mode = none.
Add this option when kvm is not supported, otherwise user
will still facing errors when launching instances over qemu.

This PS updates the cephs config to deploy radosgw with greater
swift compatibility. Allowing clients to use RGW as though it
were a real swift deployment.

This PS stops pulling the charts default images, as the make file
target cannot target over-rides - resulting in longer gate runs with
twice as many images pulled than required in some cases.

This PS updates the heat templates, reducing the size of the
launched vm. In addition cinder is enabled in the ceph dev
pipeline, this is possible due to the resources no longer
consumed by the test vm.
