nova-placement has been removed as of train, since we
do not support openstack releases before train, it
is no longer needed. This change removes nova-placement
from the nova chart and all the overrides, as well as
changes the compute-kit scripts to always deploy
the placement chart.

need to keep cases to deploy placement inside nova helmrelease.

This adds umbrella chart that references other charts via
symlink and include global values.
Because chart valeus_overrides yaml apply to the main chart,
the umbrella chart has a chart-scoped replacement

The deployment scripts for glance have leftover value settings
from older openstack releases that are no longer supported by
OSH. This change removes those random override values and has
them fallback to the get-values-overrides script.

This change migrates the check jobs in OSH to use the
new helm v3 script when deploying kubernetes via
minikube.
This is one step in the move to helm v3. Future changes
will migrate the other jobs.

With the move to helm v3, helm status requires a namespace to be
specified, but doing so breaks helm v2 compatability. In order
to preserve our gating with both versions of helm while we make
the change from v2 to v3, this change removes the usage of helm
serve in openstack-helm's deployment scripts.
Once we fully move to helm v3, these scripts can be improved and
cleaned up to be more compatible with the new v3 syntax.

The charts changes are required for deployment
of various clouds based on Tungsten Fabric SDN.
Right now it's tested for Airship-in-a-bottle.
The code cannot be tested currently in
OpenStack Helm project because of absence of
tests and platform for that.
This patchset doesn't have Heat-related changes,
they'll be added later.

This change removes all references to this copyright by the

This patchset adds the capability to the Nova chart to be able to wait
for a percentage of the compute nodes/hypervisors to become ready/available
before continuing on with the deployment. It will be disabled by default,
because this is a feature that may or may not be needed in production
deployments.

For simplification of deployment and maintenance, reduce the number
of scripts that do usually the same.
The important part is that when user wants to do multinode deployment,
OSH_DEPLOY_MULTINODE variable must be set before executing the script.
For now multinone script still stays, only to invoke the common one,
but in future it would be better to remove multinode scripts completely
and let user call the common script with the right argument.

Wrap code making the assumption there is only one Ceph backend
(using is_ceph_volume_configured) in a "range" and use
ceph_backend_list helper to iterate all available Ceph backends.

The volume variables is changed in mariadb chart.
It affects openstack helm gating job of mariadb, so we need to
change varible to
volume.use_local_path_for_single_pod_cluster.enabled.
Enable the local host path for mariadb data so if the container
is restarted during the gate jobs it can recover successfully.
