bab04be137 Add initial gate for OpenStack-Helm

78f900c48a Make the gate job script executable 
The -nv gate is throwing permission error.  This patchset makes
the script with ug+x permission.

d031d799ce Add a gate setup script 
This patch set adds in a skeleton setup_gate.sh script in preparation
