Expose additional Horizon security params in accordance with the
OpenStack Security Guide [0]

- Check-Dashboard-03: Is DISALLOW_IFRAME_EMBED parameter set to True
- Check-Dashboard-07: Is PASSWORD_AUTOCOMPLETE set to False
