OpenWrt 24.10 changed the expected directory structure for kernel patches in feeds. Patches that were previously in feeds/<feed>/mediatek/ now need to be in feeds/<feed>/linux/generic/ to align with the new feed structure. This commit moves all kernel backport and configuration files from feeds/mediatek-sdk/mediatek/ to feeds/mediatek-sdk/linux/generic/ to comply with the new layout requirements.
