The URL https://linuxnet.ca/ieee/oui.txt times out:
OUI-SVR: [Information] Start: Retrieving OUI file: https://linuxnet.ca/ieee/oui.txt
OUI-SVR: [Error] Timeout: connect timed out: 24.222.55.20:443
It was replaced with a working URL in the following commit:
7e5e998265 ("Updated the OUI db download link")
Let's use the new URL everywhere for consistency.
