7388ac3b73 LFUtils.py: rewrite of wait_until_ports_disappear() 
- groups queries by resource for fewer http calls
- tests for either 'interface' or 'interfaces'
- debug output slightly slower when debuggin

9a5f15ec9b LFRequest.py: reduces volume of debug output 
- headers not shown on 200 or 404
- headers not shown unless die_on_error_
- short 404 message now used
