6f976c171c regression_test.sh: fixes that help jed run tests 
- changes num_sta to be configurable
- suggests DO_FILEIO
- comments out DO_FILEIO
- adds TEST_HTTP_IP so it can be provided in rc file
- unlink replaced with test -f && rm -f
