2bf59b55d3 py-scripts: Fix cureate_chamberview_dut.py to be runnable. 
chmod a+x, and also put the python-script logic at
the first line.

- create_chamberview_dut.py to create a dut
- cv_dut_profile.py as library to create a dut
- cv test manager can be used to implement chamber view also
