Updates lf_wifi_rest_example:
...
- fixes conflicting -l option, now use --log_file or --log for log files
- use -L for --load
- option -l no longer exists
- added options --help, -h to show help and exit

Support using GUI cli command to refresh GUI's counters.

This makes JSON output more precise, but only works with 5.3.7 LANforge
GUIs and higher.

Add scripts from the tools directory in the private Candela repo.
