			Remove use of 'resource' where possible, use port EIDs instead for multi-resource flexibility. Remove some spurious 'sleep' calls. If you think you need to sleep 2 seconds, you are probably facing a real race bug, so diagnose that instead or put big comments around why you added a sleep.
