Jed Reynolds ab4b7e0f5c report.css: adds styling particular to lf_check.py report 
- makes dates and times not wrap in their table cells
- adds space to table cells
- de-emphasizes scriptdetails class
- adds cursor hover qualities to scriptdetails tt tag
- adds rollover copy button styling
