## What this PR does Fix build error in `pkg/generated/applyconfiguration/utils.go` caused by a reference to `testing.TypeConverter` which was removed in client-go v0.34.1. The root cause was that `hack/update-codegen.sh` called `gen_helpers` and `gen_openapi` but never called `gen_client`, so the applyconfiguration code was never regenerated after the client-go upgrade.
