Remove the crds/ directory from the cozy-installer Helm chart. The operator already installs embedded CRDs via server-side apply on every startup with the --install-crds=true flag, making the Helm crds/ directory redundant. Convert templates/packagesource.yaml to a Helm post-install/post-upgrade hook so it is applied after the operator has started and installed CRDs. Update codegen to write CRDs only to internal/crdinstall/manifests/ (single source of truth) and update the Makefile to source build assets from there.
