Jeff McCune 7cfcf55565 add yaml struct tags to core v1alpha5 schemas ...

Without this patch the `holos show buildplans` BuildPlan output has
incorrect yaml with the v3 encoder.  For example apiversion: v1alpha5
instead of apiVersion.
