* API Documentation for customer-service

-All methods in customer-service class covered

* Final testing, fixes

-Finished testing each API method
-Remove quotations from unnecessary spots
-Changed customerIds to int32

* location-service API documentation

-Completed and tested Swagger API doc for location-services

* Made requested changes

- get location using locationId
- removed commented lines
- single quotes for $ref values
- removed unncessary double quotes

* Added equipment-service Swagger documentation

-Completed and tested

* Fixed small naming error
