9904b86510 Revert "feat(helm/group/authentik): update authentik 2025.8.4 ➼ 2025.10.1 (#3747)" 
This reverts commit 7cf5028ac2.

authentik 2025.10.1 has HTTP servers for both server and worker
continuously dying with no obvious logs, reverting for now

worker will not pass healthchecks until well past default probe timeouts

server is ultra slow to respond and often the backend will die mid
response
