Jamil 330cafbbe5 Boot minimal app for DB changes (#1305 )

Adds a minimal supervision tree for making DB changes from the
`FzHttp.Release` module. This allows the `bin/create-or-reset-admin` and
`bin/create-api-token` commands to be with `docker compose exec` or
`docker compose run --rm` indiscriminately.

Starting the FzHttp.Repo directly is more involved it's not compiled
into the release as an OTP app.

Website

This website is built using Docusaurus 2, a modern static website generator.

Installation

yarn

Local Development

yarn run start

This command starts a local development server and opens up a browser window. Most changes are reflected live without having to restart the server.

Build

yarn run build

This command generates static content into the build directory and can be served using any static contents hosting service.

Deployment

Deployment happens automatically when a new version is published. See the publish_docs CI workflow.
