The kmod-phy-realtek mod should be enough to enable the Realtek RTL 8261

ec85af1363 Disable building with Qosify 
It is helpful for VoWifi/Wifi calling, but on SW offload it
estabilish connection few seconds longer, so no need to add
additonal service to maintain.

c75ab10d4b Add option background_radar in wifi config 
The MT7996 have such feature. It really speed-up show the wifi connection.
