Stijn Tintel 0e30276632 kernel: add missing symbol to kmod-kvm 
Even though TRACEPOINTS is not enabled in my kernel config, my build
fails due to KVM_MMU_AUDIT being missing. Add this symbol to kmod-kvm to
fix this.
