<h1>noPoll License</h1>

<p>noPoll license model is based on providing the source code under a
|
|
set of terms that allows to develop commercial and proprietary
|
|
applications. </p>
|
|
|
|
<p>noPoll code, its base library and some modules are released
|
|
under the <a href="http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html">LGPL 2.1</a> library. This allows to use and link against
|
|
noPoll using Open Source as well as Commercial applications, provided some conditions. Read full license description at: <a href="http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html">LGPL 2.1</a>.</p>

|
|
<p>Tools included by noPoll, which don't require linking
|
|
operations are provided under the terms of the <a href="http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html">GPL 2</a>. Read full

<h1>Commercial noPoll Licensing program</h1>
|
|
|
|
<p>noPoll source code is also available under a licensing program from
|
|
<a href="http://www.aspl.es">ASPL</a>, noPoll's author, to include and
|
|
use noPoll into your project and devices with a different licensing
|
|
options, extending default options provided by <a href="http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html">LGPL 2.1</a> and <a href="http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html">GPL 2</a> license.

<h1>noPoll License detail</h1>
|
|
|
|
<p>With the intention to provide a brief, though not comprehensive, here is the set of general conditions:</p>
|
|
|
|
<ol>

|
<li><p>You can develop Open Source and Commercial applications
|
|
that uses noPoll.</p></li>
|
|
|
|
<li><p>All modifications done to the noPoll code must be returned
|
|
back either to the noPoll repository or included with your
|
|
application so your end users and customers can access them. You cannot make private changes to noPoll without
|
|
making them available to your customers or end users.</p></li>
|
|
|
|
<li><p>You can modify, copy, redistribute and use noPoll and its
|
|
associated code with no restriction but without ANY WARRANTY, OF
|
|
ANY KIND. </p></li>
|
|
|
|
<li><p>If your project/product is a closed source one, inside the installer, when requested to accept the license, you must inform about the license and usage of noPoll.</p></li>
|
|
|
|
<li><p>If your project/product is a closed source one, you must give complete and detailed instructions, along with required binaries so that your end users and customers are able to rebuild the whole solution updating/fixing/modifying noPoll part.</p></li>
