Kahlee/Grunt: Move remaining stoneyridge blobs

Rename northbridge/amd/00670F00/license.txt to
northbridge/amd/00670F00/vbios_license.txt (to avoid conflict with
another file license.txt already present in soc/amd/stoneyridge),
then move northbridge/amd/00670F00/* into soc/amd/stoneyridge.

TEST=none, just a move.
