Bill Richardson	104f811e67	cleanup: fix all the header guards ... This unifies all the EC header files to use __CROS_EC_FILENAME_H as the include guard. Well, except for test/ util/ and extra/ which use __TEST_ __UTIL_ and __EXTRA_ prefixes respectively. Vic Yang	0af39b3cff	Move software CRC implementation to common ... There is nothing chip-specific in the software CRC implementation. Let's move it to common so that we can reuse it for other chips and unit tests. BUG=chrome-os-partner:31200 TEST=Define CONFIG_SW_CRC for host. Check crc.c compiles fine.
