Add the Silicon Image sensors, add it to the motion_sense module
to be used with the FIFO.

Add support for ADC / thermistor reads on the BD99992GW PMIC.

In preparation for adding support for additional USB-C mux chips, add a
new high-level USB-C mux interface usb_mux.c. usb_mux functions are now
called from pd code instead of board-level functions. usb_mux calls down
into a mux chip-specific driver (currently pi3usb30532) or
board-specific drivers which toggle GPIOs (for legacy boards).

Create driver/tcpm/ folder to hold TCPM drivers. Currently the
two drivers are a stub driver which is used when TCPM and TCPC
are on the same MCU and can make direct calls between the two
and the TCPCI driver which implements the standard TCPCI protocol.

Now that we've removed boards from ToT, also delete board-specific
code used only by the removed boards.
There are still more things to remove (unused charging chips, LED

ISL9237 is a buck-boost narrow output voltage DC charger. This change
provides interfaces to satisfy external dependencies for
charge_state_v2.
ISL9237's charging voltage control is different from smart battery
chargers. And there's no SBC compatible charging mode and status. So
this CL modified charger_set_voltage() behavior by controlling VSYS
voltage.

define CONFIG_CMD_BATDEBUG to enable console commands.
If the battery is larger than 6Ah or smaller than 150mAh, scale the parameters
transparently to the user using macros.

Add initial serial driver for mdcp2850 dp->hdmi converter. Driver
implements 'get information' (cmd:0x40) to provide rudimentary method
to test mcdp for functionality and assert GPIO if successful.
Future CLs may expose more serial functionality if necessary.

Previously our accel / gyro drivers assumed that we had exactly two of
each identical part in the system. Some systems may have different
configurations, so allow this to be specified at the board-level.
Note that our motion_sense algorithm currently assumes that we have one
accelerometer in the lid and one in the base -- we'll need to fix that
in another CL.

This is a complete rewrite of the charge_state task used by x86 platforms.
Rather than having a bunch of state-specific functions, each with their own
error handling and special cases, this is organized like so:
Forever:
1. Read everything we can from the battery and charger.
2. Figure out what we'd like to do (including error handling).
3. Allow for customization to override that.
4. Do it.
Things I need to file bugs for are marked with "TODO(wfrichar)". I'll file
the bugs after this CL goes in, so that they'll have something relevant to
refer to.

without fastcharge enabled.
Also undefine CONFIG_BATTERY_PRESENT_CUSTOM, plug and unplug the battery to

Add support TI BQ24773 1S/2S/3S NVDC battery charger.
This is not a "Smart Battery" compliant charger IC, it should and cannot

Added accelerometer driver for kxcj9 accelerometers. Currently
the accelerometers aren't being used by anything, but there are
console commands, accelwrite and accelread, to perform transactions.

This allows local and remote temp values to be added
to a board's list of temp sensors. It also adds a
'tmp432' EC console command to query temps
and set alert thresholds. Fractional degrees are not
supported. DPTF support is not addressed.

This adds the driver and a console command to read an Intersil ISL29305
light sensor connected to the EC.

Run the "als" command from the EC console, while pointing the sensor in
various directions. It should give higher numbers when facing a light
source. If you get "Error 1", it means the ALS isn't powered.

The common/ subdir was getting cluttered. Move drivers for external
components to a new driver/ tree, and move what used to be called
chipset_*.c to a new power/ directory.
This does not move/rename header files or CONFIG options. That will
be done in subsequent steps, since moving and modifying .c files in
the same CL is harder to review.
