Aseda Aboagye e578304b9a flash_ec: Wait 1s before flashing meowth. ...

Meowth also seems to take enough power when flashing without a battery.
Zoombini has a similar issue, and the fix is to wait 1s to let the
voltage level stabilize before flashing.

This commit just waits 1 second before flashing.
