In case of battery cut-off on Soraka, there is a battery requirement that AC power should not be applied for at least 9 seconds after the cut-off is performed. Performing battery cut-off when battery is at critical level results in a bad user experience if the user connects AC power within the 9-second window. Thus, instead of performing a battery cut-off, make the EC hibernate in critical battery conditions.
