Kevin K Wong a9b4ae1f5a reef: enable CONFIG_KEYBOARD_PWRBTN_ASSERTS_KSI2 ...

KSI2 get stuck when Refresh+Pwrbtn is used to reset EC,
so it was not able to detect the Esc key if it is also
pressed to enter recovery mode.
