Marshall Dawson 652bbed7d5 pi/00670F00: Add FT4 AGESA.bin for Stoney platform ...

Add the FT4 version of the Stoney binary PI which corresponds to
the same revision level as the FP4 one.  This was built from
commit c14ef54a.
