Alec Berg 727b4e4e0d samus: enable config option for low power idle ...

Enable low power idle for Samus.

BUG=none
BRANCH=none
TEST=tested on samus. made sure EC comes up with no obvious
problems and that the EC goes into deep sleep a minute after
no console activity.
