Bill Richardson 82ec2a52c5 cr50: Enable IN interrupts for USB HID EP. 
This fixes a slight mistake where we were enabling the wrong
interrupt (EP1 instead of EP2).

I'm not sure that this is necessary, since we don't actually do
anything about these interrupts except clear them.

TEST=manual

To test, I instrumented the hid_tx() interrupt handler. Before
this CL, it never fired. Now it does.
