Jett Rink ad31abcfc8 espi: convert all eSPI board to use CONFIG_HOSTCMD_ESPI 
Convert all boards that use both CONFIG_ESPI and CONFIG_LPC to only use
the CONFIG_HOSTCMD_ESPI option.
