Aseda Aboagye ae3996fb2f jerry: Increase HC task stack size.

With ToT images, we were hitting a stack overflow in the host command
task.

BUG=none
BRANCH=none
TEST=disable EC SW sync, flash jerry, verify it boots to login screen.
