Vadim Bendebury d1bf3aecfa cr50: signer: sync up with upstream ...

This change just copies files shared between two repositories which
have changed since the last sync up. This time it is as of @CL85098.

BUG=none
TEST=the signed image  boots fine on the b1 board.
