CHLin bd6c51d1b9 npcx7_evb: fix typos in the declaration of ADC3/4 channels

This CL fixes the typos of the enumeration values of ADC3 and ADC4 in the
declaration of adc_channels[].

BRANCH=none
BUG=none
TEST=No build errors for make buildall. Test the image of
npcx7_evb board on EVB.
