Set alternative pin from GPIO to CLKRUN if SERIRQ is under quiet mode Once we need LCLK, CLKRUN will pull low automatically. Modified drivers: 1. lpc.c.: enable CLKRUN functionality for SERIRQ no matter continuous or quiet mode.
