Vic Yang d16df875f1 nyan: Disable console command help ...

We're close to running out of flash space for Nyan. Disable console
command help to free up some space.

BRANCH=None (unless flash space is also running out on branchs)
BUG=None
TEST=Build and doesn't see error when linking.
