A polling mode I2C master driver. Interfaces for read/write byte and word are implemented. i2c_read_string() is currently an empty function. CONFIG_SMART_BATTERY added to daisy board for testing. Move smart_battery.o back to CONFIG_SMART_BATTERY since it is not depended on charging state machine.
